Need some Dallas synthpop? Check out Mystery Skulls. This is the kind of thing that I’m absolutely certain would be great to see live. Go to their Bandcamp and buy the five tracks there for one dollar, but if you really want to experience this the right way, seek this guy out and make sure he’s playing shows.

These song titles are simple and simply great. You can’t go wrong with titles like “Amazing”, “Money”, “You”, “Beautiful”, and “Brainsick”. I’ve never been a fan of really long titles.

Indie pop dance tracks to make you think about superheroes and super great times, that’s what Mystery Skulls is. This was released last December, and I hope people have sufficiently grooved out to it since then. Get this guy to Murfreesboro. People would love him here.

“You” is my favorite track. I love all these sounds. They really make me want to turn off the lights and look at something bright blue and green. I’m not sure why. If this was loud enough, I’d love to be in the middle of a huge crowd listening to it while everyone else moves around and has a great time. This song has a super solid chorus.

Once again, make sure this guy is going places and playing shows. I can’t tell if it’s more than one guy or not. If this is a band, make absolutely sure they’re playing shows. This stuff is way too fun to only exist on Bandcamp. Dance music forever!
